Returns and Refunds Policy
At frndi.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus any applicable shipping fees and restocking fees, if applicable.
Please note that it may take 3 – 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
